The Club offers a range of membership options to suit most player’s requirements. Membership gives you unlimited access to the clubs playing facilities allowing you to play unlimited Squash or Racketball. There are no light or court fees to pay as they are included in your all-inclusive membership fee. The club room bar is open from 7pm each weekday night (except Bank holidays) and sells reasonably priced drinks and snacks for members and their guests. Our wide selection of drinks and snacks has been selected to cater for most tastes. The Club room can also be hired for private functions and additional space can be provided upon request.

Entry to the club can be obtained 24/7 using the membership card/fob you will be issued with - just hold it against the black box on the brickwork to the left of the door and it will operate the lock allowing access. Please ensure that the door locks shut behind you on entry and exit. If you are the last to leave please turn off the downstairs corridor lights.
These can be booked up to a week in advance - booking sheets are displayed in the corridor during the day and at the bar Monday to Fridays 7pm-11pm. Just call the clubhouse on 01775 725 903 weekday evenings from 7pm - 9.30pm and the bar staff will book a court for you. If you book a court and are unable to play the booking must be cancelled as soon as possible. Persistent offenders will be liable to court fines. If a court is not booked and empty you may use it but please fill in the booking sheet.
Both cold and hot drinks plus snacks are available during weekday evening opening hours 7pm-9.30pm. Grips and balls are for sale and a racket restring service is available, just ask the bar staff for details. Social events take place on a regular basis; i.e. poker and quiz nights at which you and your guests are most welcome to attend - keep an eye on the social notice board for event details.
The court playing time is 45 minutes. Indoor court shoes with non-marking soles must be worn. If you are a beginner please do not be afraid to ask for help or guidance from our level 2 coach. A copy of Squash & Racketball rules can be found in the bar and downstairs corridor. Used playing attire must not be worn in the bar for any length of time.
You are welcome to join the internal monthly leagues, this is a great way of meeting other members and quickly establishing your playing standard within the club. Leagues consist of 5 players, are played on a 4 week basis and are displayed in the bottom corridor - just add your name and contact details to the league list and you will be included the following calendar month.
The annual Club knockout competitions start in November culminating in a series of age group finals in April. Every member is eligible to enter just add your name to the list / lists most relevant to you on the leagues notice board. Who knows you may make it all the way and be lifting a Trophy in April and having your name added to the club competition winners board.
